You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including AI-powered generation and publishing.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentFlywheel.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContentFlywheel.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
